Cali-Style Baby Shower

Hands down, this was the best baby shower I have personally ever attended.

First of all, it was co-ed, which made it more like an afternoon bbq than a baby shower. Second, as you can see below, the hostesses did not busy themselves with removing crusts from tea sandwiches or creating precious petit fours.  Instead, they created a menu that they knew would be a crowd-pleaser: In-N-Out burgers, chicken wings, curly fries, and a dessert table that was chock-full of sweet treats.

Besides choosing a yummy menu, the girls tastefully pulled together a black-and-white tablescape which included fun and whimsical platters from MacKenzie-Childs.
