Condiments on the Door: Near the Bottom
I don’t keep a ton of condiments on hand, but I do keep some basics that I consider worthy of the space in my fridge. In the front on the left, you may notice a bottle with a white top on it: a jar of anchovies. I love them, but find that no matter what brand I buy, and no matter how well I wipe the jar before putting it back, the oil leaks on the shelf. Love anchovies…don’t love anchovy oil in my fridge. So I keep a tiny jar, just large enough to store the anchovy jar in, in case of leaks. It’s a great way to keep things clean and tidy.
